ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

Jessica Yoshino is a watercolor artist and floral designer based in the Boston area. Her work is known for its realism, delicacy, and deep reverence for the natural world. Originally from Brazil, Jessica began her artistic journey in high school with a focus on drawing, later earning a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism.

After relocating to the United States in 2020, Jessica found her true artistic voice in watercolor. She honed her skills under the guidance of master artists in New York City, where she also began exploring floral design as a complementary expression of her love for botanical forms.

In 2023, she expanded her practice to include floral design, driven by a desire to translate her intricate compositions into living arrangements. Today, Jessica creates both on paper and in petals— blending the softness of watercolor with the three-dimensional artistry of floral design. She also works in graphite to produce botanical illustrations, further deepening her connection to nature’s forms, textures, and rhythms.

Jessica’s art invites viewers to pause and appreciate the quiet beauty that surrounds us, whether in a bloom, a brushstroke, or a single delicate line.
